Hexfeld is not targeted at children and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions in the beta.

Common beta support topics

Login or account issues

Check that you are using the email address invited to the beta and the latest available build. If sign-in still fails, contact support with the approximate time of the issue and the platform you are using.

Location permission issues

Hexfeld needs location permission for place-bound posting and discovery. If the app cannot find your current place, check your device location permission, network state, and whether location services are enabled for the app. Some actions may remain unavailable until location evidence is fresh and accurate enough.

Reporting inappropriate content

Use in-app report tools where available. If you cannot access the in-app report flow, contact support and include only the information needed to identify the issue. Do not send passwords, private documents, or unnecessary sensitive details.

Beta feedback

Beta feedback is welcome. Helpful reports include what you expected, what happened, your platform, and whether the issue affected login, location, posting, reading, reports, or account settings.
